My name is Yuichi and I am the manager of DC Amenity, a mail order site for amenity products.
I used to be a system engineer and have focused on establishing a workflow that improves operational efficiency and reduces errors.
I started Internet sales because I wanted to spend more time following up with customers and growing the store instead of spending time internally by streamlining operations.
Our company does not end when a purchase is made, but rather, based on the following management philosophy, we work daily to incorporate the opinions of our customers, grow together with them, and aim to be a sales destination that is close to our customers.
Through the sale of amenity products that are part of hotel guestrooms, we strive to improve customer satisfaction, reduce the burden on employees, and provide more value than the price.

Eco-friendly goods
To motivate employees and increase customer satisfaction, we offer a lineup of environmentally friendly products centered on “confirming consumers’ intention to use the product,” “switching to lighter weight and alternative materials,” and “providing products and services in sizes appropriate for the product or service.
